I cannot upload photos to my listing

The first thing to check is that your photos are in a supported format. We only accept JPG, JPEG and PNG files. Next, check the file size: it must not exceed 8 MB.

If your files are too large, you can shrink them with any image editor. Open the photo, look for a "resize" option and set the width and height to 50% of the original. Then save and upload the photo to the site.
